FULL TIME VOLUNTEER PR (PUBLIC RELATIONSHIP OFFICER) VACANCY.

Tasks typically involve:

1. Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies;

2. Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople;

3. Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email;

4. Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media;

5. Collating and analyzing media coverage;

6. Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports;

7. Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos & materials, photographs, films and multimedia programmes;

8. Devising and coordinating photo opportunities;

9. Organizing events including press conferences, Promotional & events parties, exhibitions, speaking events, open days and press tours;

10. Maintaining and updating information on the organization’s website;

11. Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities;

12. Commissioning market research;

13. Fostering community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives;

14. Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation. In a Return you will receive Monthly allowance also ability to fulfill the will of God for your life, ability to work closely with the man of God.
